Tom comes to Herbie’s On The Park with more than 27 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Tom is no new-comer to restaurant leadership, having spent the beginning of his career opening more than 40 restaurants across the country for a popular national casual chain. His work in the Twin Cities took him to McCormick & Schmick’s, Pazzaluna and several Parasole restaurants, including Libertine, Chino Latino, Uptown Cafeteria and Il Gatto. He also spent six years in Seattle managing Wild Ginger Asian Restaurant and Satay Bar. Most recently, Tom was the manager of City Works, a new eatery and pourhouse concept in downtown Minneapolis.
Tom looks forward to welcoming foodies, friends, beverage aficionados, hockey fans and theatergoers alike to Herbie’s On The Park, and sharing with them its vibrant atmosphere and neighborly hospitality.
